ALPHA & OMEGA KIDS | aba therapy program

ABA is a methodology employing scientifically measurable data based on the science of how certain behaviors can have an effect on learning. In treating children, the use of ABA methodology concentrates on increasing positive behaviors and decreasing those behaviors that negatively impact development and learning. The basis of ABA methodology is to help integrate children’s skills and their behaviors into their natural environment by focusing on the augmentation of the five developmental areas of function (cognition, communication, adaptive-self-help, physical- motor, and social-emotional).

Autism care designed specifically for your child and family’s needs.

Your child is unique. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are uniquely qualified to help your child with their developmental needs.

Our BCBAs work with newborn babies, toddlers, or older children to develop the skills needed to live and enjoy a more independent, beautiful life. Alpha Omega Kids BCBAs provide ABA therapeutic services to children from toddlers to teenage years.

A proven approach.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the leading, research-based methodology proven to bring about positive, meaningful change in behavior in individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

ABA has been endorsed by state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Surgeon General.

Research has shown that early intervention is key — studies show children with autism who start intensive, one-to-one ABA therapy between the ages of 2 and 5 experience significant improvements in all areas of functioning. Alpha and Omega Kids’ individualized approach, provides parents a complete solution to their children’s needs from toddlers to teenage years.

The key to ABA strategies is teaching complex skills in small steps, each building to a level of mastery before moving on to the next. Positive reinforcement in natural environments such as school, community, home or at one of our state of the art clinical centers, works to motivate continual improvement. Progress is systematically tracked and evaluated to ensure that each new skill or behavior is successfully integrated into everyday life.

At Alpha and Omega Kids Developmental Services, we provide home-based therapy for children from toddlers to teenage years. We aim at pairing the child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with a licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to utilize Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques to address all areas of development affected by ASD. Our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts will assess the child and design measurable functional goals through the collection of data. By utilizing evidence based techniques, our Behavior Analysts can meet the developmental needs of the child.
